From the director of The Italian Job and A Man Apart comes a psychological crime-thriller starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler as a cop and a criminal engaged in a deadly game of cat and mouse.

Foxx stars as Nick Rice, an ambitious lawyer whose obsession with a perfect conviction records leads him to make a plea deal with the murderers who killed Clyde Shelton's (Butler) wife and young daughter. A man torn apart by his grief, Shelton swears revenge against the justice system, Rice and the city itself, promising to bring them all to their knees.
