Hope and Crosby, Redford and Newman, Lemmon and Matthau. In the vast pantheon of male actor pairings, those names stand above the rest. There have been many attempts to recreate the chemistry of those famous on-screen (and occasional off-screen) bros but only a lucky few have hit on that unique level of camaraderie. With the recent popularity of I Love You, Man and the upcoming release of Year One with Jack Black and Michael Cera (above)...we want to know which buddy pairing you think really hit it out of the park. Vote now!

The poll is now closed. Thanks to everyone who voted!

And the winners, by a hefty margin, are on-(and off-)screen buds Simon Pegg and Nick Frost! The hilarious duo from Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz won with 32% of the overall vote. Coming in second was the classic Lethal Weapon duo of Murtagh (Danny Glover) and Riggs (Mel Gibson)...perhaps, like me, many of you revel in a time when Mel wasn't tipping the crazy scale. We also got some write in votes for Wayne's World twosome Dana Carvey and Mike Myers (from Sal), Role Models' Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott (from Ethan Carey), and Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson (from DB91). The lesson here? There is no shortage in Hollywood of hilarious on-screen partners and we love them all!
