-- Zack is Back!
Mark-Paul Gosselaar, or Zack Morris as most of us know him, thrilled TV viewers when he appeared in full Preppie attire for his appearance on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon". The Bayside alum was responding to a plea by Fallon for a “Saved by the Bell” reunion on his show, as all of the other regulars have already signed on, except Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani Thiessen) and Screech (Dustin Diamond) - somehow. The hit show was on from 1989-1993 and cautiously explored adolescent issues like drug use, drinking and driving and feminism (lookin' at you, Spano). Good sport Gosselaar donned the Zack costume of yore - acid-washed jeans, bleached hair and that milk quart-sized cell phone - while guesting on Fallon's late night show and played Zack Attack hit "Friends Forever" with Fallon's house band The Roots.

-- Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper in talks for A-Team Fresh off The Hangover's number-one box office weekend, star Bradley Cooper is in serious talks to play Lt. Templeton 'Faceman' Peck in Fox's forthcoming feature film adaptation of The A-Team, according to the Hollywood Reporter. This news, however, comes months after rumours of his involvement first leaked online. But new to the team is Liam Neeson, who showed he can still do action flicks with his starring role in last year’s Taken. Neeson is on deck to play Col. John 'Hannibal' Smith, which leaves B.A. Baracus (you know, Mr. T) and 'Howling Mad' Murdock yet to be cast. The big-budget film, to be directed by Joe Carnahan (Smokin' Aces) from a script by Derek Haas and Michael Brandt, already has a June 11, 2010 release date.

-- Bryce Dallas Howard sells first script..and you'll never guess who may be directing It's a family affair for the Spider-Man and Terminator actress. Bryce Dallas Howard, daughter of renowned director Ron Howard, has tried her hand at screenwriting with The Originals, a drama she conceived with writing partner Dane Charbeneau, who just happens to be engaged to her sister Jocelyn. And Pop Howard's company Imagine has picked up The Originals for development, along with Universal, and there's word he may take on directing duties as a respite from big-budget projects. The script follows a group of twentysomethings who are dealing with their own quarter-life crises when news of a former teacher's recent coma brings them back together for a weekend in New York.
