'Rome' and an 'Orgy' for Johnson

Don Johnson is returning to the Big Screen in two new films. Partnering up with Disney, Johnson is going to star in When in Rome with Kristin Bell, says ‘The Hollywood Reporter’. As Kristin’s father, Johnson must deal with a host of romantic suitors pursuing his daughter after she steals coins from a wishing fountain in Italy.

Johnson will also be playing Jason Sudeikis’ father in the indie film A Good Old Fashioned Orgy. In the Endgame Entertainment film, Sudeikis decides to throw one last blowout in the family vacation home after his father decides to sell it. Org is being written and directed by Alex Gregory and Peter Huyck, television writers who worked on "Frasier" and "King of the Hill".

“The climate has changed in that there’s a few slots for dramas or for the things that I wanted to do and I didn’t want to do another cop show,” Johnson told 'The Reporter'.
