A great movie. Complex plot themes intertwined to provide an exhilerating biopic of this great woman. Fantastic cinematography, excellent script, but most of all exceptional acting from Angelina Jolie.

Passchendaele: Weak and contrived

Don't see this movie if you want to see a film that examines the horror and contradictions of WWI. It is saccharin and all plausability is lost by the contrived love story that weakly attempts to unite the characters. It attempts to, but falls far short of honoring those that died at Passchendaele. In the end I just felt cold. It seems unjust that this film is being used to make money for the movie moguls.
